She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and studied Dance at Santa Monica College. Jasmine provides trauma informed care, specializing in complex trauma, eating disorders, mood dysregulation, and anxiety. She uses a multi-modal approach, integrating therapies intuitively and clinically appropriate to meet the complex needs of each client. EMDR can be utilized to target history of trauma and areas of getting "stuck", including compulsions, addictions, and negative self beliefs. She utilizes approaches from dance/movement therapy and somatic work into practice to help inform clients of the mind and body connection, to build self-awareness, and cope with nervous system dysregulation caused by trauma. Through her clinical experience, she also uses cognitive behavioral therapies to support clients with self limiting beliefs and negative thinking patterns. Attachment based interventions are also used to support interpersonal issues and relationship anxiety.
